NamYac offers a level of service, point of contact, response time, follow up, and open communication that is rarely encountered in today’s business world. We offer language support in English, Spanish, French, German, Hebrew, and Hungarian.
What We Do:
NamYac ensures a smooth transition regardless of the current environment and work staff (eg. part time doorman, full time super, handymen). Our separate Building Assessment Service ensures a graded full report indicating the health and condition of the building, immediate projects, short term and long term goals.
We offer a full service Management package that ensures all paperwork is handled properly and digitized, the Property itself is well maintained, and all income and expenses are scrutinized and reported. Management package can be tailored to suit the needs of each individual Landlord with additional services and staff or removal of unnecessary services. We never push for any service that would add additional costs.
